Board Closed - Fanart will return

You may have noticed that the board is closed for now but it will return again (big promise), how this affects the login and registering process of the galleries I don't know, so I hope if you guys have problems, please let me know so we can look into it.

Closing one thing also leads to re-opening the fanart section. I tried to apply the new skin to the gallery as well but since the gallery is using tables all over the place it was very hard to do that so I put it to rest for now. The old design stays for the galleries and that's why I will reopen the fanart section tomorrow.
